# Eugene MacLaughlin

Eugene is a former local authority solicitor and was called to the Bar in 2005. He accepts instructions to advise and represent clients in general civil litigation, criminal, and quasi-criminal regulatory proceedings.

## Biography

Eugene is frequently instructed on behalf of his client base to defend them against criminal and quasi-criminal regulatory offences in the criminal courts, being prosecuted by the CPS, Local Authorities, HMRC and a number of other prosecuting authorities such as the HSE and EA.
